Walcott Truckers Jamboree Celebrates America’s Truckers
WALCOTT, IA… This year’s Walcott Truckers Jamboree attracted 45,658 attendees over the three-day span of the event. This celebration, held at the World’s Largest Truckstop on July 10-12. annually honors America’s professional drivers and highlights the industry with a variety of events, including a Super Truck Beauty Contest, antique trucks, concerts, Trucker Olympics, and more.
The Super Truck Beauty Contest featured 87 trucks from 23 states, including Florida, Louisiana, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Arizona. The antique truck display showcased over 90 historical vehicles from 12 states and one Canadian province
The event coincided with the 100th birthday party for a 1925 Kenworth KS 3-Ton, hosted by the Iowa 80 Trucking Museum. Museum curator Dave Meier gave a presentation on the history of the truck and cake was served to all attendees. The 48th Annual Walcott Truckers Jamboree will be held July 9-11, 2026 at the Iowa 80 Truckstop, I-80 Exit 284, Walcott, Iowa.
