​Kenworth Names 2016 Dealer Council, Helps Promote New Gold Level Customer Support

KIRKLAND, WA… Kenworth Truck Company has named its 2016 Kenworth Dealer Council members.

The prominent council features leading executives from the more than 360 Kenworth dealerships in the United States and Canada. The council works with Kenworth to help provide leading-edge customer support throughout the dealer network, Kenworth PremierCare(R) and the new Kenworth PremierCare Gold Certified program. PremierCare Gold is a superior level of service that offers expedited expert diagnostics and extended dealer operating hours, among other services to keep customer trucks on the road.

Kenworth Council members are: Chairman – Carl Herzog, Central Illinois Trucks, Normal, Illinois; Will Bruser, Truckworx Kenworth, Birmingham, Alabama; Mike Clark, Wisconsin Kenworth, Madison, Wisconsin; David Laird, Papé Kenworth, Eugene, Oregon; Mike Nagle, Bayview Kenworth, St. John, New Brunswick; Dan Penksa, Kenworth Northeast Group, Buffalo, New York; and Tim Spurgeon, MHC Kenworth, Leawood, Kansas. In addition, Jodie Teuton of Kenworth of Louisiana in Gray, Louisiana, serves as the Kenworth line representative for the American Truck Dealers (ATD).

The makeup of the Kenworth Dealer Council is designed to be as representative of that body as possible. After all, Kenworth dealers serve customers involved in a wide variety of different segments, some with unique operational and maintenance needs.”
