Hunter Truck Named 2025 TRP Dealer of the Year and Technician Excellence Dealer by Peterbilt

This year, Hunter Truck was named TRP Dealer of the Year, an achievement awarded in recognition of exceptional year-over-year TRP store retail sales growth, increased overall TRP parts purchases, and consistently high purchase loyalty. By strengthening our partnership with PACCAR Parts, Hunter Truck demonstrated measurable performance across all TRP categories. The award reflects not only strong numbers, but a deep commitment to keeping customers supplied, supported, and on the road.
In addition to parts performance, Hunter Truck was also honored with the Technician Excellence Dealer of the Year Award, recognizing leadership in technician training, recruiting, and retention. Over the past year, Hunter significantly expanded the number of MX-certified technicians across our network while maintaining an exceptionally low technician turnover rate. Continued investment in training and recruiting ensures that our customers are supported by highly skilled professionals equipped to diagnose, repair, and maintain today’s advanced Peterbilt trucks and all-makes trucks.
Hunter’s service excellence was further recognized through multiple dealership locations earning Platinum Service Center Certification, an achievement that honors Peterbilt dealerships delivering the highest level of service performance and customer experience. Platinum Certified locations demonstrate a strong commitment to communication, efficiency, and facility standards.
To qualify for Platinum Service, a dealership must leverage PACCAR Connect to keep customers informed throughout the repair process, offer extended service hours for convenience, maintain high technician retention rates, utilize trained technicians to minimize downtime, and provide a well-maintained, customer-friendly facility.
