Fyda Freightliner Now Seeking Diesel Technicians for Brand New Walton, Kentucky Dealership Slated to Open in 2017
Fyda Freightliner Northern Kentucky, Inc. is seeking diesel technician candidates of all levels to join the Fyda team. Immediate openings are available, with training and onboarding to begin at the Cincinnati dealership located on I-275 at Mosteller Road. This is an exciting ground floor opportunity, where Fyda Northern Kentucky technicians will have the opportunity to begin their training to become certified in Cincinnati and then continue to develop their skills and grow along with the new dealership, which is slated to open during the second quarter of 2017.
Fyda Northern Kentucky will be an authorized dealer of Freightliner and Western Star trucks, and the area's only Class 8 full service truck dealership in the Florence/Boone County area south of the Ohio River. The brand new facility will be strategically located on I-71/75 and Dixie Highway US-25 off Richwood (Route 338) Exit 175 in Walton, which will drastically reduce travel time for truckers who currently contend with heavy traffic and time delays as they travel north into Cincinnati for truck parts, service, and sales.

"The opportunity to begin working at Fyda this year will allow our new technicians to be as prepared as possible for when opening day arrives in northern Kentucky. The Fyda Northern Kentucky service department will include 24 service bays and offer Express Assessment and Rapid Repair services with the goal of becoming a certified member of the Elite Support Network of Dealerships in the first year of operation. Certified technicians will be needed to perform full maintenance and repair services for all brands of commercial and large recreational vehicles, and have the ability to complete warranty repair services for all the major engine manufacturers. The facility will feature the most modern capabilities, including for example a chassis engine Dyno for performance diagnostics and a Hunter computerized alignment rack to be used to perform all axle alignment and under vehicle inspections.
