Fyda Freightliner Cincinnati Now Offers Mobile Express Assessment to Customers in the Greater Cincinnati Area
Columbus, OH… Fyda Freightliner Cincinnati, Inc. is pleased to announce the new Mobile Express Assessment (EA) Program. The program offers great convenience, savings, and peace of mind to customers in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area by bringing the Mobile EA van and Fyda service technician to where the customer's truck is located rather than requiring the truck to be brought into the shop. The brand new Mobile EA van is fully-equipped with all of the latest diagnostics equipment and operates as a fully-functioning office, allowing a preliminary diagnosis and worst-case estimate for repairs to be provided to customers - at their sites. The pilot program began last July.
"We already provide Express Assessment in our shop as part of the Freightliner Elite Support program. We felt strongly that Mobile EA would be something that would benefit our customers, but wanted to test the program first. It's been so popular, that we are in a position to formally launch the program," says Dustin Nunley, Fyda Cincinnati Service Manager. "Mobile EA puts the customer first, allowing the truck to stay at their locations while our Mobile EA service technician comes to them to diagnose the problem. The customer keeps control of the truck, and after diagnosis can then make the decision whether to bring the truck into our shop for repairs or not. It's a win for the customer no matter how you look at it, and we're happy to provide them this convenience."
Fyda Freightliner Cincinnati is currently the only Fyda Freightliner dealership to offer the Mobile EA program, and is based on repairs being made at the Cincinnati location only. Mobile EA offers customers on-site diagnosis of common problems and issues encountered with commercial trucks and vans such as check engine lights, oil leaks, poor vehicle performance, and regen issues. The Fyda Freightliner Cincinnati Mobile EA van is available for appointments Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm (last appointment slot begins). Mobile EA is based on the Freightliner Express Assessment program, which is part of being an Elite Support Certified dealer. Express Assessment is a preliminary diagnostic process that provides an estimate of severity, part needs, cost, and downtime within two hours of the initial service write-up. Fyda Freightliner Cincinnati Mobile EA performs the diagnostic process and provides the preliminary results at the customer's site.
