Doug McCallister - LLP Company

When Doug McCallister started driving this 2003 Peterbilt 379 for LLP Company, it was a basic 275" wheelbase truck that had potential but needed some upgrades to make it stand out in a crowd. Company owner Forest Peaslee gave the reins to Doug, letting him build the truck the way he wanted, and the end result is the black beauty you see in our photos.

The wheelbase was stretched to 310" and an air ride front end from House of Air was installed, letting Doug put the truck "in the weeds" when he wants to!  Doug added extra lights all around and Talladega Fiberglas did the single hump rear fenders and custom T-bar.

Berube's Truck Accessories in Bow, NH supplied the custom 20" front bumper and the window chops, adding to the overall long & low look that Doug was trying to achieve. Doug went with a set of 8" Dynaflex straight exhaust to give it that "roar" when he shifts thru the 18 speed transmission that's paired up with the 6 NZ CAT and 3:55 rears. Let's just say, this black beauty has plenty of get up and go when Doug needs to pull those hills!

He hooks to a matching 2021 Great Dane that's equipped with an Eagle tarp system and Doug says that Forest & LLP definitely keep him moving with dedicated loads. Doug wanted to thank Forest for letting him build his dream truck, and he says he still has a few things to do to make it 100%. He also wanted to thank his wife & family for putting up with the long hours associated with trucking and for always showing their love & support.

When Doug isn't driving the Peterbilt, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, that just happens to match the truck, with just the right amount of bling accenting the black paint! Whether he's trucking on the interstate in the 379 or cruising down a back road on his motorcycle, Doug McCallister definitely rides in style!
