Custom Built Mfg. Delivers Custom Wrecker to Bigler Boyz

KANE, PA… Custom builds can take a while to execute.  Bigler Boyz’s custom 2026 Kenworth W900 wrecker took 2 years from start to finish – 14 months in planning and finished 10 months after placing the order with Youngstown Kenworth’s Dave Claypool.

The twin steer conversion was installed in Canada before the truck arrived at Custom Built Mfg., LLC.  Custom Built Mfg. installed the 75 ton boom with two 60,000 pound winches, two 20,000 pound winches, and a 50,000 pound drag winch.  They also installed the subframe, tool boxes and pretty much everything else.  To date, this is the biggest wrecker they have ever built. 

The Kenworth is powered by a 605 hp Cummins with 52,000 pound rears and an 18 speed transmission.
