Shell ROTELLA® Debuts Saarloos and Sons Documentary as Part of “Unsung” Series

December 2017

Shell ROTELLA® has unveiled its latest work on Unsung, a series of highly stylized, dynamic short-form documentaries capturing the often-overlooked stories of hardworking individuals in their unique element, providing an inside look at the inspiration behind their drive.

The newest installment features Saarloos and Sons, a fourth-generation company working as family, farmers, and winemakers in Los Olivos, California, who value their craft from start to finish, working from sunrise to sunset each day. The film provides a glimpse of the behind-the-scenes winemaking process from caring for their crop, handpicking their grapes and creating wine to honor family members past, present, and future all while seeking opportunity through hard work and passion.

“The Shell ROTELLA® brand lives and breathes hard work and we place high value on individuals and families who work endlessly and passionately behind the scenes to make a difference,” said Megan Pino, global brand manager, Shell ROTELLA®. “Saarloos and Sons truly embodies the definition of hard work and the importance of family, and we are honored to pay tribute to Keith and his family for their continued dedication and homage to their craft.”
