The 2015 MA Diesel Truck Show was held on June 14, 2015 at the Brockton Fairgrounds in Brockton, MA. What began as some idle conversation between a couple of Massachusetts truck drivers has blossomed into one of the fastest growing truck shows in the country.

2015 marked the 4th anniversary for the show, which is all about fun and families and helping a deserving charity each year. As in years past, admission for spectators and truckers continued to be free but donations were encouraged. All show proceeds went to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, whose slogan is "Adding Tomorrows" as they research a cure for people stricken with this deadly disease.

Everyone who came out to the show had plenty to see as close to 300 big rigs and 200 diesel pickups filled the fairgrounds to capacity. The show's name may be the MA Diesel Truck Show, but 2015 saw quite a few long distance truckers come out to help support the cause from states such as New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Brockton is nicknamed the "City of Champions" for its sports and boxing history and it's the hometown of former heavyweight boxing champion Rocky Marciano. On June 14, 2015, all of the truckers, companies, and spectators who came out and donated to help fight CF were the real champions, as the 2015 MA Diesel Truck Show raised over $15,000.00 to give to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation!

The spectators saw a steady line of bobtails and combos rolling into the Brockton Fairgrounds all morning including a number of multi-truck convoys that stopped traffic. Truckers got to spend a relaxing day with their families and fellow drivers without the pressure and politics of trophies and judging. Every truck in attendance deserved applause and the spectators gave it. There was a big vendor midway with lots of cool trucking-related items to purchase. Several companies were on hand recruiting drivers including J.P. Noonan Transportation and Regency Transportation. Mass Diesel Performance had their dyno machine on hand again to let the diesel pickup owners flex their muscle and show how much power their trucks had. New for 2015 was the XDP Performance Team as they brought their incredible XDP Monster Truck out to the show along with their customized KW hauler. They even did a little car crushing for the fans. The big raffle at day's end was a hit once again as a number of lucky winners walked away with a wide variety of prizes.

The MA Diesel Show staff would like to send a big thanks out to all of those companies who donated prizes including East Coast Truck & Trailer, NH Peterbilt, and Berube's Truck Accessories. As we said earlier, the 2015 show saw a number of long distance participants come out to support the cause including Elite Service from Denver, PA, Precision Transportation from Nanticoke, PA, PHV Trucking from New Jersey, and the Chi-Town Large Cars Truck Club just to name a few.

Show organizers Graham Rogers, Josh Spiegel, and Lisa Deleconio Crowley, and the entire MA Diesel Truck show staff, would like to send a big thank you out to everyone who helped make the 2015 MA Diesel Truck Show such a big success! A special thanks goes out to Carney Properties for donating the fairgrounds once again for the show.

Plans are being made for the 2016 show and there's sure to be some surprises in store. Check out the Movin' Out Calendar of Events for details or find their official show page on Facebook.
