CANONSBURG, PA…Ron Hespenheide has jointed the team at Fyda Freightliner as Product Support Representative.  Ron's responsibilities will include customer support for all of Fyda Freightliner's product lines.  Ron will be calling on new and existing customers, familiarizing them with all of the products offered by the company, from trucks to Sprinter vans to APU units.  He will also work as a liaison to Fyda's service department, assisting with warranty claims, the capabilities to pull up customer's warranty information on the spot.  Ron's goals are to be able to answer nearly any question a customer might have.

Ron's extensive background and knowledge of Detroit Diesel engines is a great asset for his customers.  He spent 15 years with Penn Detroit Diesel and ran Keystone Engine and Machine, a company that machines and rebuilds engines of all types, including construction equipment.  Ron will also have a Power Pac APU in his Sprinter van for live customer demonstrations.

Ron will be calling on customers throughout Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio ad the Panhandle of West Virginia.  He will be representing Fyda Freightliner Youngstown; Fyda Freightliner, Sterling and Western Star Canonsburg; and Fyda Freightliner and Western Star, Barkeyville, Penna.  The folks are Fyda Freightliner are pleased to have Ron on board, taking Fyda's customer service to the next level.  To reach Ron call 724-350-1075 or email him at ronhesp@gmail.com.
