COLUMBUS, OH… The W.W. Williams Company celebrated their 100th Year with a series of Open House events held at select locations throughout their 34 facilities. W.W. Williams provided food and refreshments as well as door prizes for their customers in attendance. The company also donated over 1 million dollars to local charities chosen by each respective branch.
The W. W. Williams Company was founded in Columbus, Ohio in 1912. The official 100th Birthday for the company will take place of 12.12.12. W. W. Williams services on-highway fleets and owner-operators as well as off-highway construction contractors, the U.S. Military, Department of Defense, boat owners and many others. The company offers a wide range of product lines from Detroit Diesel and Mercedes Benz on-highway engines, MTU Off-Highway and marine engines along with Deutz Off-Highway engines and Allison and Dependabuilt transmissions. They also offer industrial power generators and Carrier Transicold Refrigeration service as well as a host of other product lines for the transportation industry.
