Latham resides in Nixa, Mo., with his wife, Joni. Together they have four children.

Clyde has been driving professionally since 1987 and joined the company in 1997, while Sheryl began her driving career in 2003. The Nelsons enjoy spending time with their three children and six grandchildren and take part in other hobbies like motorcycles and quilting.
